Right off the bat I wanted to know if there was anything new in this version of Bitdefender and there is. Of course the firewall and the malware protection are improved. They say they are at least, but the Bitdefender people have added a vile vault where you can safely store documents you don't want anyone else seeing.
I also like the fact that Bitdefender automatically scans any device that gets plugged into my machine, like CDRs or USB devices. And if you're really into system geekiness, Bitdefender has an advanced view that will let you tweak the program to no end.
And one big improvement is that scanning times are faster in this version and anytime something speeds up on your machine, that's a good thing. In short, I liked Bitdefender before, I like it better now. Bitdefender does what it's supposed to.

I installed this product on my Desktop and Laptop computers. On the Desktop I could not update the Virus definitions which made it useless. I made several attempts with their Customer Service to fix it and followed all of their instructions but I could not fix the problem. It worked for a while on my Laptop but then it Stopped working after a few days. The company will not give me a refund because I purchased it through Amazon, and Amazon's policy is to not give refunds on software that has been opened so I am stuck with not getting a refund.

I've been using a lot of security software's and Bitdefender Internet Security is one of my favorite. Besides its loaded with a lot of nice feature. It really protects your PC from a lot of online treats. Give yourself a peace of mind and buy this internet security.
