This product gave me so many problems. It shut down my desktop manager and made it impossible to let my computer run right. Horrible!!!! I had to install and buy a new anti virus.

I have used Norton for years but I was reading a review site that ranked Bitdefender 2012 higher than Norton 2012. I decided to give it a shot. The download is relatively small, the interface is decent and the system resources footprint seems small enough. Two days after I installed I opened the interface and saw that I had 36 alerts. After reviewing the log I noticed that all 36 were warnings that "Your Autoscan Settings Have Changed". I noticed at about the same time that my Autoscan was turned off. I turned it on only to discover after my next restart that it was off again. No matter what settings I changed, nothing I did would enable Autoscan on startup. I requested my $30 back from Amazon so I could go buy Norton again and as usual, Amazon is awesome.

I love amazon download products, I was sad when it initially was for USA customers, but now its world wide and of course Bitdefender is the best in the world,been using since 2008 I'd surely buy again
